Frequently Asked Questions

You can request an initial consultancy in several ways:

  • By completing the contact form on our home page
  • By calling our phone number directly +591 2 279 9548
  • By sending an email to info@laggardio.com with details of your project
  • By visiting our offices during business hours

Following your request, a specialist will contact you within a maximum of 24 business hours to coordinate an initial evaluation meeting.

The minimum investment varies depending on the specific project and the selected participation model. One of the advantages of our modular approach is precisely the flexibility to adapt to different investment capacities.

Depending on the project, we have structured participation opportunities from $15,000 USD for small modules or fractional participations, while in traditional schemes, minimum investments of $200,000 USD or more would be required.

In our initial consultancy, we analyze your investment capacity and present options suitable for your financial profile, always with full transparency about risks and expected returns.

We currently offer our consultancy services throughout the Bolivian territory. Our main headquarters are in La Paz, but we have the capacity to develop projects in any department of the country.

We have specific experience in modular projects in La Paz, Santa Cruz, Cochabamba, Sucre, Tarija, Oruro, and El Alto, with detailed knowledge of local regulations and specific conditions of each region.

For projects in more remote locations, we perform preliminary evaluations to determine logistical and technical feasibility before committing to full development.

To make the most of our first consultation, we recommend having the following basic documentation ready (if available):

  • General information about the land or property (location, dimensions, photos)
  • Property documents or rights over the land
  • Any previous technical studies that have been carried out
  • Preliminary ideas or references for the type of project desired
  • Estimated budget or investment capacity

It is not essential to have all this documentation for the first meeting, but the more information we have, the more precise our initial analysis will be.
